Legal Code of Serenia
Below is an organized list of laws that govern the nation of Serenia on the ArcadeCraft server. Click any category to expand and view the regulations within.
Citizenship Laws
- To become a citizen you must apply for citizenship. To apply /msg me while I'm online or message my Discord [robbyzero].
- There are 2 types of citizens: Outside, and Border. Both types must have property in Serenia, but only Border citizens are required to make that their base. Border Citizens have no limit to how much land they can use as long as it gets approved. Outside Citizens can only use that land as a shop and half of profits must go to the Government of Serenia.
- Border citizens are required to help with one of the Governments main goals which is fixing spawn when asked by RobbyZero.
Laws for Non Citizens when in Serenia territory
- You are not allowed to break or place blocks in the nations borders.
- You are not allowed to kill mobs when in the nations borders.
- Passing through the nation can be done at any time.
Civil Behavior Laws
- Stealing or griefing is strictly prohibited and may result in exile.
- Player disputes between citizens should be brought to Government members before escalation.
- Harassment or targeted trolling is not tolerated within Serenia lands.
Trade & Economy Laws
- All shops must clearly display prices.
- Counterfeit goods (fake enchantments, renamed items sold as originals) are banned.
